NOpe that was the weps divison officer at the time, the officer just below the CSO

So would that have been Mr Carney. He was just finiishing up his CSO tour when I got there. Normally the way it went as WEPS relieved CSO....right?!?!?!?

Hey

Yes you are right. i had forgotten his name. CDR buzzby was the CSO when i came aboard. then a really great LT/LTCDR, that i will have to look up, then Mr Carney. each one was weaps then cso. it all seems like it took place about 30 secs ago.
